Triple Paste Ointment

For Diaper Rash Relief

Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for Diaper Rash, 16-Ounce
Well here we are on another grand blogging adventure here at Just Add That, and I am here to review my first product on here!  I have reviewed other products on Amazon and other sites.  I have recommended this product multiple times word of mouth!  But I thought it was time to finally write a real review of the Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for Diaper Rash.
It all started back in 2008.  I was a newly wed with my first baby on the way.  I was working at an eye doctor’s office with 4 amazing optometrists.  3 of the doctors were my friends, role models and the best all around guys you could ever ask.  The fourth?  Well we got along great like oil and fire.  It seemed like breathing was my life’s mission to make this doctor mad.  My coding was wrong (albeit, I did mess up a time or two), his room was never properly sanitized, I used too many this, that and the other and was wreaking havoc on his budget.  In his experience, I was costing him a fortune, and I was his worst optometric assistant he had.
I tried very hard to do my job to the best of my ability, and I bent over backwards to make sure our patient’s needs came first.  The other 3 doctors would help me until I got their routines down pat, and then it was second nature.  The 4th?  He rarely helped, and he shamed me if he ever did.
When it came time to have my baby shower, I had lots in the office bring cake and the usual baby items like bottles, diapers, clothes, etc.  But I’ll be honest with you.  I never expected the grouchy doctor to bring anything or if he did, something not more than a $1 pacifier.  He didn’t look me in the eye very much, but this time he did.  He said, “I didn’t like the items on your baby registry, so I bought what worked for our daughter when she was born.”  It was a box of Mylicon Infant Anti-Gas Drops and a tube of this Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for Diaper Rash.
I thanked him, and I planned on never using any of it.  After all, we were indirect office enemies, right?  Well, I quickly learned a lesson after having my baby that things change our minds quite quickly.

Jaiden D Guy
On February the 5th, our lives changed forever.  Jaiden was born at 8:49 pm on a Thursday morning one week after a historic ice storm hit Kentucky.  Everyone in our family was without power except for us, and many thought they wouldn’t get to see the birth of our first baby.  Jaiden came in at a whopping 7 lbs 8.3 oz while stretching 21 inches long.  He was the cutest little bean pole you ever saw!

Michael and I were so proud to be parents!  We were crazy over Jaiden (and still are).  He was so sweet and tiny.  We changed his diaper probably more times than we needed to, but we wanted him to be comfortable and never wet or dirty.  No matter how diligent we were, Jaiden still developed diaper rash, and I will never forget it.  He had a bout of gas where we had to use the Mylicon Infant Anti-Gas Drops because he was having very acidic bout of diarrhea.  The diarrhea was so acidic, his skin was covered in blisters.  None of the other diaper creams worked, but I dug deep into my diaper supply bin and low and behold there was that tube of Triple Paste Ointment!
Desperate for any relief for my miserable boy, I slathered that stuff all over his bum.  Within hours, the redness had reduced and by the next day, the blisters were smaller!  In two days, you could hardly tell there was anything on my baby’s bottom, and he was one happy boy!  Whew!
But the cream didn’t stop there.  My husband has a terrible time sweating down south.  He has chaffing problems like no one I have ever seen, and I used to ride horses when I was younger!  Just trust me that it’s awful so I don’t have to go into explicit details.  A thought flew into my mind that if it healed Jaiden’s butt that quickly, what about Mike’s chaffing?  So, I had Mike to slather it on.  And it worked!
I began promoting it to everyone.  It’s the only thing I will buy for baby showers, and I even promoted it for elderly care for patients bed ridden.  It works on bed sores (haven’t tried it on severe open wound bed sores though), rashes and other skin irritations.   My poor grandfather was suffering with chemotherapy treatment before he passed away and had terrible rashes and burns.  The Triple Paste Ointment was the only thing that gave him relief before he passed away.
Do I recommend the Triple Paste Ointment?  Yes.  Do I recommend Mylicon?  I didn’t have to use it very much, but that time with bad gas helped Jaiden tremedously.  So I guess yes.  But the Triple Paste Ointment is by far my favorite product!  My family even jokingly calls it “miracle cream,” but I wouldn’t go that far.  But this stuff does the job and more!

Liam D Guy

I liked this product so much that when Michael and I decided to have Liam in 2012, we slathered this stuff on him all the time!  Isn’t he just as cute as his brother?
From personal experience, this is by far the best diaper rash relief out there!  I have recommended this to so many people, and even Michael has bought it for his pregnant coworkers before.  He’s a firm believer since he’s used it personally as well.

  1. Great review,

I have had three kids and had various issues where a good cream was needed to sooth the nether areas. They are 3, 3 and 7 now but it was a shame I didn't know about this cream before. I will make sure that my friends who have new born's and toddlers that they need to check it out. I will also get some just in case my youngest ones ever need it.

    Thanks.

    1. I STILL USE THIS CREAM ON MY 4 & 7 Y/O GRANDSONS. I'VE PUT IT ON BUG BITES (NOT MADE FOR THAT. MY HUSBAND AND OLDEST GRANSON GET JOCK IRRITATION ON HOT SWEATTY DAYS. GOOD FOR THAT. MY DAD WENT THROUGH CHEMO/RADIATION 2 YEARS AGO. HE HAD LOTS OF IRRITATION FOR SIDE EFFECTS. I TOLD HIM TO USE IT ON HIS BUTT/JOCK AREA. HE WAS AMAZED AT THE RELIEF. DAD CALLED IT MIRACLE CREAM.

  2. So, my grandson suffers from terrible rashes! He just had an outbreak, possibly from eating pineapple. Mom discontinued the pineapple, but he seems to be sensitive to many things and she has not narrowed this down. He's been to the dr and all of that, but she cannot use any white creams. Is this white? I will ask her what the ingredient is that is 'white'. It may be zinc oxide. He may not be able to use this. He seems to be able to use the non-white A & D ointment, however. Thanks, Lynne
