Jaiden’s Very Purple Smoothie
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 15 oz can pineapple (any kind)
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 12 oz package frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup Splenda (depending on your sweetness level)
This is a delicious smoothie full of antioxidants and a fun way to sneak a veggie in there for the kids. If I had had any, I probably would have added some greens like kale or spinach.
